Sofia House presentation
Once upon a time when we were young people, Elena and Gabriel, we loved Bucegi Mountains, we covered for some years the roads from the area and something special was calling us there.
We’ve choosen to buy a land in 2002 which had to be placed in such a way so that we have a panorama of Bucegi Mountains. After many searches, we crossed on a land in a beautiful day of September, that we felt it loved us, it was a lawn with many yellow flowers, on which a water spring was flowing and a white dog that had been waiting us said: “Welcome!”.
This was the place we had been searching for it. The transaction finished quickly, on that occasion we found out that the land had belonged to Cantacusino family and that was close to the plot of royal golf.
It followed two years in which we thought about the house project, we succeeded to finalize it at once with the birth of our first child, Andrei, and so, we began the construction in 2004; the house has already been built in the red stage at the end of that year.
It followed a period of some years in which we suspended the works to the house, in that time the second child has been born, Alexandru, and we finished another house in the center of Delta and we began to understand.
The third child, Sofia, was born in 2009, together with the decision to finish the house from Busteni, we restarted the construction works in April. Information has begun to come instantly and we found out quickly the persons that we had to involve in this project and also Sofia’s thoughts and ours. All began to materialize, to take form, color. All details of the house and garden have been created and materialized in two years, in a perfect energetic harmony through expressing the gratitude to Divinity and Mother Earth. Practicaly, the building of this house represents a stage from our spiritual evolution.
Sofia House is a reflection of the type of humans’ archetypal conception. The unconscious level (basement), supraconscious level (attic), conscious and subconscious level (ground and first floor), together with the karmic level (stairs from the center of the house), all are interconnected by the massive chimney from the middle of the house that creates the balance and harmony, not only on mental level, but also on the emotional one. Another element of balance and harmony is the “S” ornamental form that is placed in the opening communication between living and dinning.
The access to spiritual life is extremely strong by the five access paths offered by the form of red roof.
The positive and evolutive communication comes through the big windows, by stained-glass doors from outside, by hexagonal forms (halfs) built on the sides of the house in North-South area, from bottom to top, which form together a perfect hexagon.
The energetic vibration of each room is harmonised also by the painting on the doors on the entrance, so that the blue from bathrooms brings purification and communication, yellow – autonomy, independence, vitality, orange – creativity, love on the physical level, green – unconditional love, red – social and professional completion.
Floral motives are adjusted with the level where they are placed, so that on the first stage there are motives more simple with an element of ascension in the upper part of the painting; on the last level the motives are more complex, and the upper part of each painting closes with the perfect join of two flowers in an All.
Communication with Divinity grows up by the height and form of the ceilings from each room. Communication is created by visual contact with the Cross from Caraiman Top in the rooms from the left side of the house.
The gratitude to Mother Earth exists in all the house by a green shade of the fir not only in the outside wood decorations, but also to the carpentry and painting.
The garden speaks about the site and Universe history by a natural spring that flows in silence.
It is terraced by four levels, as the house, in a perfect harmony. The house is mirroring in the spring of the garden as a sign of gratitude to Divinity. The well rocks send out the creation energy and all is surrounded by the force of pure love. This place exists, it is Sofia House.
Sofia House finished its mission in our evolutive road and waits us with joy and love to start up together with other exceptional human beings.
